Well, I'm glad you're feeling great. Unfortunately, I'm not "there" yet so I don't have any clue how that feels. One day!
WOW...I have no idea how I removed my original post...I wanted to tell you that I do not feel great, but I know I feel so much better then I am on track. And knowing that I feel better when eating well and exercising is my motivation (or should be). Hopefully I find my way back soon. I am very proud of you for going to the gym twice last week. That is 2 times as much as I have done find the end of June.
Gayle, I don't know how it got deleted, weird...I see what you mean. When you're "on", you feel better, and that should be motivation enough, absolutely! :)
I think the key is to stop looking for motivation or inspiration or reasons why and just do it. Stop thinking so much about every little detail and just do what you need to do: eat right, get your workouts in, drink your weight in water, etc. That's something I've been really working on--thinking less, doing more.
Wow, that's actually REALLY helpful. I DO think too much, and I know that. But you make it seem easy. And it SHOULD be easy. If this is my new lifestyle, this is just what I DO now. Nothing out of the ordinary. Going to the gym should be something I just DO, not something I have to make time for and GO do. You're absolutely right, thanks!
